This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets please. Large one bedroom, bright and clean, sleeps 2 adult non-smokers. Troisieme étage (3 flights up) with elevator. Completely refurbished like new inside but in a charming bourgeois security building.

One block from bus, taxi stand, banks, shopping and 2 blocks from beaches and the Palais des Festivals (home of the Cannes film festival)

For guests staying 30 days there is no increase in rate for any period. Rental fees are payable 60 days before first night's stay. $250 cancellation penalty 90 days or less before reservation. Entire balance due for cancellations under 60 days from date of first night's stay. VISA and MASTERCARD accepted.
