This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets please. One bedroom, bright, quiet and clean, sleeps 2 adult non-smokers. Troisieme étage (3 flights up) with elevator. Completely refurbished like new inside but in a charming bourgeois security building. Ocean views from every room!

MIPIM Mar 13-16, 2007 $800 for the 4-day festival period.
MIPTV Apr 3-7, 2006 $900 for the 5-day festival period.
Cannes Film Festival May 17-28 2006 $1800 for the 10-day festival period.
Cannes Lions 2006 Jun 18-24,2006 $1200 for the 7-day festival period.
MIPCOM Oct 9-13, 2006 $900 for the 5-day festival period.

$1090 per week during the period Dec. 17-Jan 1.
For guests staying 30 days there is no increase in rate for any period. Rental fees are payable 60 days before first night's stay. $250 cancellation penalty 90 days or less before reservation. Entire balance due for cancellations under 60 days from date of first night's stay. VISA and MASTERCARD accepted.
