opening onto a typical Parisienne neighborhood - an enclave of superb restaurants and artisan shops. Bakeries, fine dining and the Royal Tour Brasserie are steps from the door. ....

JUST ONE BLOCK FROM THE EIFFEL TOWER and the beautiful gardens of the Champs de Mars, one of the largest parks in Paris.
2 blocks from the Seine river cruises, Avenue de New York and the Museum of Modern Art.
3 blocks from RER C (direct to Les Invalides, Musee D'Orsay), though buses are plentiful within the block. Line 42 takes you directly to the Champs Elysees, La Madeleine and Opera.

Just across the river is the Palais de Chaillot (Chaillot Palace) and the Jardins du Trocadero (Trocadero Gardens). The markets and shops of Rue Cler and the American Library are within a 5 minute walk.

This lovely property sleeps 2 nonsmokers in the bedroom and the possibility for 2 more (by special arrangement) in the salon .... the salon has an extra long (140x200cm) click clack full size canape, and a double size 130x190cm) clic clack canape in the bedroom. Clic-clacs are REAL full size mattresses and VERY comfortable! Linens are provided.
Please note that the bathroom is accessed only through the bedroom.

The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop and microwave oven. The dining table expands to seat 4. The apartment
is equipped with a television/vcr, telephone with caller i.d., clock/radio/alarm, iron,
hair dryer, washing machine/dryer and the bathroom has both bath and
shower. Inventory list provided upon request.

Terms: $185 per night, $980 per week for up to 2 guests in one bed (additional bed $120 flat fee for the entire stay) or $2900 per
month, payable 60 days before first night's stay. $1200 per week Dec 15 -Jan 5. Other holiday and convention periods may be slightly higher. $250 cancellation
penalty 90 days or less before reservation. Entire balance due for
cancellations under 60 days from date of first night's stay.

VISA and MASTERCARD accepted.

Deposit: $250 (certified check or money order) against phone charges and
damages. Telephone charges based on actual cost. You will receive a
photocopy of the phone bill and the balance of your deposit 90 days or less
from your last night's stay (depends on phone billing cycle)

Guests will receive a copy of "Janet's Paris Hints" containing important
phone numbers, restaurant recommendations, neighborhood secrets and
personal contacts in Paris.
